How long does shipping take?

Well, that depends! What you ordered, when you ordered it, where it’s going, and which method you selected all affect your shipping time. Here’s a quick breakdown of times for each region we ship to.


Estimated Shipping Times
Please note these times can vary, especially for addresses in rural or remote areas. The estimated ship time is not a guaranteed delivery time, except for expedited options like UPS 3 Day Select and UPS 2nd Day. Checking your order’s tracking number (found in your shipping confirmation email) will give you the most accurate delivery estimate.


North America

UPS Ground: 2-5 working days
Additional expedited options are also available
Canadian customers may experience longer times due to cross-border shipping restrictions


European Union


Standard: 2-7 working days
Express: 1-3 working days

UK


Standard: 2-5 working days
Express: 2-3 working days


Middle East & Africa

Express: 3-4 working days


Australia & Asia Pacific

Handling time
We take no more than 1 working day to prepare your order, in addition to the carrier shipping time. Orders placed before 1300 EST in the US shop or 1200 CET in the EU or UK shops, Monday-Friday, will depart the same day. Later orders and weekend orders will depart the next working day.

Payment and address delays
Any issues processing your payment or resolving inaccurate addresses will delay handling. Please take care to enter your order information fully and carefully!

Weather, peak times and holidays.
Seasonal weather, promotional shopping events and public holidays can add delays to handling and shipping times. Please allow some extra time when ordering in these periods.

If sending an order to one of the above countries please make sure to check with your local government about customs and import duties. These are fees and charges imposed by national governments and cannot be avoided. If you place an order to be delivered to one of these countries, you will be notified of fees, either in-person (at the time of delivery) or in advance (by email) with the exact import duties by the courier company. You will only be able to take possession of your order once you have agreed to these charges.

How much does shipping cost?

The only way to get an accurate shipping estimate is to go through the check-out process for the items you want to purchase, and you will be able to see the cost of shipping before making payment.

Due to variables such as your location, order size, order weight, and order total, we unfortunately can’t provide estimates for shipping costs prior to check out. It is best if you simply allow our system to automatically generate the shipping options and their associated cost for you.

Can I change my shipping address after I have placed an order?

Part of ensuring quick delivery is that we work very quickly getting orders shipped as soon as we have received them. Once an order has been placed, we aren’t always able to change or modify its address.

If you need to change your address for any reason, contact us as soon as possible using this form.

Don’t forget to check your address details in your account for your next order!

Note: If you send us a request to change your address outside of our normal business hours, when our customer service agents are offline, we likely will be unable to change your address. Additionally, if your order has already shipped, we cannot change the address. You will need to contact the mail carrier to see if an address change is possible. Sometimes, changes are not possible once a package is in transit.

Do you offer free shipping?

Free Shipping in the US

For customers in our US shop, all orders over 75 USD (before tax) qualify for free standard shipping within the US. We also offer free shipping when purchasing certain items – see our product pages for details.

Free Shipping in the EU

For customers within the EU, we offer free standard shipping all orders over 95 EUR. We also offer free shipping when purchasing certain items – see our product pages for details.

Free Shipping in the UK

For customers within the UK, we offer free standard shipping all orders over 80 GBP. We also offer free shipping when purchasing certain items – see our product pages for details.

Other shipping offers
